CUSTOM RADIO HARNESS

FROM THE CUSTOMER : Customer works as a Ropes Access Supervisor in the oil and gas industry, she swears by radio harnesses made by TNG and wants to continue to use them, she needs a way to carry two radios simultaneously that still keeps her chest free for other equipment (hanging upside down - see photo)
PROBLEM STATEMENT : Develop a solution that allows the customer to carry two radios simultaneously, keeping her chest free, and minimizing the number of straps and overlapping pieces.
SUMMARY OF SOLUTION: I took two of our stealth radio harnesses, reworked a back panel from a different radio harness in the True North Line to create an adjustable custom radio harness to hold two radios right where she wanted them and designed a custom chest strap with a minimal footprint for easy access.
This custom dual radio harness design was then sent to the customer with great success and approval.
