PROJECT CONTEXT: To celebrate my three best friends graduating from college I wanted to make them a set of practical gifts that they could take with them moving forward. This came in the form of a cookbook made up of all our families recipes and a set of embroidered hand towels for each of them. Ever since we were little we had talked about making a cookbook full of all of our three families recipes, fulfilling that dream was wonderful and I use the recipes in it on a weekly, if not nightly, basis. Most of the images were taken by Jeanne Flahiff and most of the plating was done by Jillian Flahiff, cooking was done by the whole family.
